Nearly Perfect - White Shade Sails Opened But Not Used
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE - INCLUDING NO RETURN POLICY.
If you are looking for a sail size which is currently out of stock, or looking for a discount, AND you don't mind the fact that the sail packaging may have been opened, but generally speaking the sail is in an unused condition, this is the right place for you!
Most sails included in this listing will be in good condition, but may have a few imperfections, or have just been opened. It is very difficult to refold our sails and so we prefer to sell them off as "Nearly Perfect". For this reason, we don't want to charge full price.
Other reasons:
- Customer Returns - wrong size, lack of fitting points, change of mind.
- Package damaged either in the warehouse or by the logistic providers
- Sails opened to show customers but then not refolded back correctly
- Ex demo sails used in our photo shoots
- Previous year's stock or older stock that we need to clear space from.
Please note that before purchasing you MUST be comfortable with a small risk that there may be a few marks on them or a few imperfections somewhere along the way. Wherever possible we will of course be checking them before sending out, however it would be impossible to personally check each one for minor marks or dust caused whilst sitting in the warehouse or being sent back from customers who wanted to return them. Where there are very obvious issues we will either not send them out in the first place or notify you first.
All prices have been reduced by 20% of the normal price. All other conditions of the website apply.

Specification
Blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays.
Waterproof - Our sails are made with lightweight 160gsm woven, PU coated waterproof material.
Curved sides, strong, double stitched seams all help to enhance the pull strength and allow you to fully tension your sail and allow the water to run off.
Please install with seams facing down and allow a 20-30 degree angle between at least two corners so your sail is installed properly on a slant. This will ensure the rain water doesn't pool in the middle and cause the material to stretch unnecessarily.
Sizes shown are from tip to tip including D Rings.
Sail may not be made from one piece of material.
Supplied with carry case and rope for each corner.

We do not currently sell wooden posts or poles, but others customers have purchased from their local wood merchants or DIY stores.
Delivery
Domestic - United Kingdom - Free Delivery
In most instances, your items are picked the same working day, or the next working day if an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, and we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. However, we do ask you to allow up to 7 days for delivery, including handling time, and we will only investigate deliveries that haven't arrived within this timeframe.

Following BREXIT, additional checks and controls are in place at the border between the UK and Europe, so delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.
We offer a DDP service (Delivered Duty Paid), so the amount you pay on our website, including delivery costs applied at checkout, is the final price - you should not incur any further charges. If you do receive a request to pay duties or tax from the courier company or anyone else, please inform them that Delivery Duty has already been paid.

We ship to most international countries, but please email us if you are unsure. Transit time will vary depending on location, but please allow an average of between 5-10 days for USA and Canada and between 7-21 days for other locations.
Where delivery times vary from the above, we will keep you informed by email. Prices quoted for items being shipped Internationally/Rest of the world EXCLUDE any customs, duty or tax due at border into the destination country. As we have always done, international orders will continue to be Delivered At Place (DAP).

Looks fine , bought in sale in Autumn so won’t be used until next spring . Has slight damp smell when opened for a quick look as though stored in a garage.

Purchased 2 nearly new white rectangle sails for my conservatory and absolutely delighted with the quality and the fact that both in as new condition- no marks or anything. Easy to put up in my large conservatory and made an instant difference to temperature and able to sit in there when very sunny as sail gave some shade. Postage was super quick. Highly recommended. All set for next summer now 😎
