Looks fine , bought in sale in Autumn so won’t be used until next spring . Has slight damp smell when opened for a quick look as though stored in a garage.

I am always very happy with the quality of Clara shades - I have bought many white coloured ones over the years, so still no issues there. This particular time, I thought I would try a new colour and decided on beige. Beige in my opinion is tan, a warm grey, that sort of colour. What I got is almost emoji yellow! Unhappy with the colour description Vs what it actually is.
Purchased 2 nearly new white rectangle sails for my conservatory and absolutely delighted with the quality and the fact that both in as new condition- no marks or anything. Easy to put up in my large conservatory and made an instant difference to temperature and able to sit in there when very sunny as sail gave some shade. Postage was super quick. Highly recommended. All set for next summer now 😎
Bought two ‘opened but unused’ shade sails. They are just perfect and a bargain to boot.
I purchased a sail as well but ordered the wrong size.

Our ready made shade sails are cut by hand, so we do ask our customers to allow for a small margin of error in the measurements we provide, however, that is certainly more than what we would expect.

The ordering and delivery processes were simple and efficient and a quick examination shows that the sails appear well-made. Have not been able to set them up to test as weather has been windy and wet since they arrived, hence the 4 stars.
5m sail is good. Does just what we needed it to. Bought the fixing kit to go with it. The only issue we found was trying to get the sail taut enough with the string provided, as it stretched after it was tied. So we ended up using a small ratchet strap. Unfortunately, as we couldn't get the sail tight, water pooled, resulting in the sail being stretched on the first day of use.

Good quality product at a reasonable price. Efficient service from Clara and item dispatched promptly but delivery via Royal Mail parcels slow and their tracking facility is poor. I would recommend Clara sail shades but suggest they change delivery company
I was slightly thrown to discover 2 sides slightly longer than the 3rd, but having adjusted the fixing points, the awning fits our space and provides the shade we need. Appears to be well made and good material - we will have to see how it lasts.
