Domestic - United Kingdom
For all our Clara Shade Sail branded products, in most instances, your items are picked the same working day, or the next working day if an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, and we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. However, we do ask you to allow up to 7 days for delivery, including handling time, and we will only investigate deliveries that haven't arrived within this timeframe.
For Coloured Shade Sails and Made To Measure Sails as these are delivered by our partner suppliers, you can expect them to arrive within 10-12 Days. Sails are sent directly from our partner warehouses to your door, however any issues please get in touch the usual way, info@clarashadesails.co.uk Please also check the delivery section on the product pages for further details.
Norfolk Leisure products sold on this website have a delivery timeframe of up to 10-15 working days, and can only be delivered to the UK.
Please note that the Made To Measure Delivery Charges will be included into the overall price of the quote and therefore the below rates DO NOT apply.

We no longer offer an optional express delivery option, as in most instances, orders are delivered within 2 working days as standard.
European Deliveries
Following BREXIT, additional checks and controls are in place at the border between the UK and Europe, so delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.
We offer a DDP service (Delivered Duty Paid), so the amount you pay on our website, including delivery costs applied at checkout, is the final price - you should not incur any further charges. If you do receive a request to pay duties or tax from the courier company or anyone else, please inform them that Delivery Duty has already been paid.
Please note, Norfolk Leisure products cannot be delivered overseas.

International/Rest of the World
We ship to most international countries, but please email us if you are unsure. Transit time will vary depending on location, but please allow an average of between 5-10 days for USA and Canada and between 7-21 days for other locations.
Where delivery times vary from the above, we will keep you informed by email. Prices quoted for items being shipped Internationally/Rest of the world EXCLUDE any customs, duty or tax due at border into the destination country. As we have always done, international orders will continue to be Delivered At Place (DAP).
