Refunds and Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch.
Clara Shade Sails offer a no quibble 30-day returns policy. If, for whatever reason, you decide you no longer want your Clara Shade Sail, please just return it to us within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price including standard shipping fees paid, but excluding any extra you paid for express delivery or non standard shipping. Please note, return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a short description of the reason for return and we will get back to you with details of where to send the product and will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
When Returning your Product
Please place your RAN number and also your name and address on the package used to ship the item so that we can clearly identify who is returning the item.
We recommend using a carrier that offers proof of postage/tracking such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, MyHermes, UKMail, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL etc.
Once we have received the item we will provide you with a full refund via the same method that you paid for the item.
If you have purchased one of our sails via an alternative channel other than our website, different return terms and process to follow may apply. Please get in touch if you are unsure so we can point you in the right direction.
