Please expect delivery within 5-10 working days, but please allow up to 15 working days for any delays.  

Please note, as this is a customised item it cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a manufacturer's fault.  

By placing this order you are confirming that the measurements you have provided are correct, and accept you will be unable to return the sail for a refund if you have ordered the wrong size or colour. 

The colour chart we provided is to give an example of the colours available - Actual colours may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently. You will be unable to return the sail for a refund if you decide you do not like the colour of the material. 

The customised shade sail is covered by a one year guarantee for manufacturer faults. 

All eyelets must be used when installing sails with straight edges to avoid the sail getting damaged
